VICTOR
The Victor is an alcove bathtub, designed with an integral front apron and double tiling flange. The Victor is designed to be fitted into a 5 foot rough opening to replace any standard sized bathtub.
Unlike a single tiling flange tub, a double tiling flange allows for tile to be kept off of the deck of the tub, helping to prevent water penetration behind the bath, and helping to prevent mould and mildew growth on the silicone seal around the tub.
Acri-tec alcove bathtubs are constructed of high quality cast acrylic sheet that has a uniform composition and colour throughout. The acrylic is fully supported by several layers of fiberglass and in several key stress areas, additional wooden support panel. Each bathtub has leveling legs to help level the bathtub for installation on uneven surfaces and is engineered to be self-supporting. No mortar bed or flange ledger is required for installation of an Acri-tec alcove bath.
The Victor can hold up to approximately 40 gallons of water.
